Daily Jill Terms and Conditions — Philippines Sports Betting Platform

Welcome to Daily Jill. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Daily Jill ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), governing all access to and use of the Daily Jill website, mobile platform, betting services, account management tools, promotional offers, and any related services made available to registered players in the Philippines.

By accessing the Daily Jill platform, creating an account, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with registration or use of the Daily Jill platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between Daily Jill and all registered players. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms will apply to that promotion only.

To be eligible to register for and use a Daily Jill account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Daily Jill strictly prohibits the participation of minors in any betting activity. This is a legal and regulatory requirement under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR licensing conditions.
• Residency and legal access: You must be accessing Daily Jill from a jurisdiction where online sports betting is legally permitted. Philippine residents accessing the platform under the jurisdiction of PAGCOR are the primary eligible population.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been excluded from gambling by court order, regulatory body, or self-exclusion request are not eligible.
• No prior exclusion: You must not have been previously excluded, permanently banned, or self-excluded from Daily Jill or any other licensed gaming operator under a shared exclusion programme.

Daily Jill reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of source of funds. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal holds, or account closure.

If Daily Jill determines at any point that an account was created by or is being used by a person under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the deposit source after the mandatory regulatory review process is completed.

Each eligible player may hold one Daily Jill account only. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure and potential forfeiture of balances.

When registering your Daily Jill account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Daily Jill account credentials, including your username and password. Specifically:

• Do not share your password with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Log out of your Daily Jill session when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication options offered by the platform.
• Notify Daily Jill support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

Daily Jill will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to Daily Jill support immediately.

All activity conducted through your registered Daily Jill account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals initiated — is your legal responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was conducted by you personally or by another person who accessed your account with or without your knowledge.

Daily Jill processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Daily Jill:

• Minimum deposit: The current minimum deposit amount is displayed in the Daily Jill cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal to source: Daily Jill applies a withdrawal-to-source policy for deposits made via GCash, Maya, and bank transfer — meaning winnings derived from a deposit via GCash must be withdrawn back to the same GCash wallet used for the deposit. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.
• Verification before withdrawal: Daily Jill may require identity and payment verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and may be subject to review periods for large or unusual amounts.
• No third-party payments: You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to friends, family, or any other individual — are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Deposit limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their Daily Jill account. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies before any increase takes effect.

Daily Jill is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to deposits or withdrawals. Such fees are charged by the payment provider and are outside Daily Jill's control.

All bets placed on Daily Jill are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport and market type, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable market rules.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by Daily Jill and appears in your account's bet history. A bet that does not appear in your bet history has not been accepted.
• Palpable errors: Daily Jill reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were posted in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. Odds that are clearly incorrect relative to the real market price at the time may be voided at Daily Jill's discretion. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Event cancellation and postponement: If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned. If an event is postponed, the treatment of pre-game bets depends on the reschedule timeline — refer to Daily Jill's sport-specific rules for each category.
• Live in-game betting: Once a live bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Live odds reflect the position at the time the bet was submitted — not the position at the time it is processed. In cases of significant delay between submission and acceptance, Daily Jill may accept or decline the bet at the odds prevailing at acceptance time.
• Maximum payout: Daily Jill applies a maximum payout per bet slip and per market type. The current maximum payout limits are displayed in the cashier and bet slip sections of the platform.

Settlement of all bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — e.g. FIBA for basketball, the UFC or ONE Championship for MMA, the PBA Commissioner's Office for PBA. Daily Jill does not settle bets based on unofficial scores, broadcast commentary, or social media posts.

Daily Jill regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to these general terms as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. Players should read all promotion-specific terms before opting in.

The following general principles apply to all Daily Jill promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your Daily Jill account are subject to a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet in eligible markets before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g. 10x) is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible markets: Not all markets count equally toward wagering requirements. Some markets may be excluded entirely (e.g. certain virtual sports, certain handicap markets). Bets placed on excluded markets will not contribute to bonus wagering progress.
• Minimum odds: Most Daily Jill bonuses require qualifying bets to be placed at a minimum decimal odds level (e.g. 1.50 or above). Bets placed at shorter odds will not count toward the wagering requirement for that promotion.
• Expiry: All bonus offers have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from the account. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse and manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting, bonus abuse through multiple accounts, or coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

Daily Jill maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward the following prohibited activities. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may be suspended or permanently closed, and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be voided and withheld.

• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of price differences between bookmakers or deliberate manipulation of promotional terms to extract guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, monitor odds, or interact with the Daily Jill platform in a manner inconsistent with normal individual player behaviour.
• Money laundering: Using Daily Jill accounts to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. Daily Jill is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on information obtained through illegal means, participation in match fixing, or any form of corrupt or manipulative activity related to the outcome of sporting events.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, share account access, or otherwise manipulate betting outcomes on the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or e-wallet provider. Daily Jill will treat any chargeback as a debt owed to the platform and may pursue recovery through applicable legal channels.

Daily Jill uses automated risk management systems to identify unusual betting patterns, account behaviour, and payment anomalies. Players whose accounts are flagged for review may experience temporary betting restrictions or withdrawal holds while the review is being conducted.

Players who request self-exclusion through Daily Jill's Responsible Gaming tools will be excluded from all betting services for the period they specify. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within one business day. During a self-exclusion period, Daily Jill will not send promotional communications to the affected account.

All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, text, images, and other materials appearing on the Daily Jill platform are the intellectual property of Daily Jill or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Daily Jill content without prior written permission.

The Daily Jill name, logo, and associated branding are registered or unregistered trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of Daily Jill's trademarks — including in any domain name, social media handle, or marketing material — is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Your use of the Daily Jill platform is licensed, not sold. This licence is personal, non-transferable, and revocable. It does not confer any ownership rights over any part of the platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Daily Jill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or potential winnings due to technical interruptions, system downtime, or platform maintenance.
• Errors in odds or market data caused by third-party data feed providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or regulatory compliance processes.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made in reliance on information published on the Daily Jill platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

Daily Jill's total liability to any player for any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player during the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where Daily Jill's liability cannot be limited by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits Daily Jill's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Daily Jill reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity through the account.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or responsible gaming request.
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any other applicable authority.
• Account inactivity — Daily Jill may apply an inactivity fee or close dormant accounts in line with applicable regulations and the platform's dormant account policy communicated to players at the time.

Upon closure of an account for any reason, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements and any funds under dispute) will be returned to the player via the registered withdrawal method, subject to completed identity verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Daily Jill account may do so by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Outstanding bet settlements will be completed before final balance withdrawal is processed.

Daily Jill reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification and/or a platform notification displayed upon next login. Minor administrative or clarificatory changes may be made without direct notification.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always published on this page with the "Last Updated" date clearly indicated. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and remain aware of any changes.

Continued use of the Daily Jill platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Daily Jill operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and all operations are subject to PAGCOR's regulatory framework and applicable Philippine gaming legislation.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, unless the dispute is referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.

Daily Jill is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the Daily Jill platform — including a disputed bet settlement, a withdrawal delay, a bonus dispute, or any other account issue — the following process applies:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Reach Daily Jill's customer support team through Live Chat, Messenger, or email at support@dailyjill.com. Provide your registered account details and a clear description of your complaint. Our team aims to respond to all complaints within 24 hours.
• Step 2 – Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first level, you may request that it be escalated to the Daily Jill Compliance team for a formal review. Formal complaint responses are provided within 5 business days.
• Step 3 – PAGCOR: If your complaint remains unresolved after exhausting Daily Jill's internal process, you have the right to refer the matter to PAGCOR, the platform's licensing authority, through their official complaints mechanism.
